Terms of Service

By submitting your work, you agree to the following:
1. Guarantee and represent that you are the sole and exclusive legal owner of all rights, title, and interest in all work submitted, including all related intellectual property interests (such as trademarks and copyrights).

2. Defend and indemnify the Company (The Z Creative) and the Publisher (Zazaa! Magazine / Zoryn! Magazine / Zwish! Magazine) fully against all liabilities, damages, costs, debts, claims, and expenses which the Company / Publisher may suffer or incur from a 3rd party claim where the material published infringes or misappropriates any 3rd proprietary or intellectual property resulting from a breach of the above clause.

Free digital tear sheets will be provided to promote your work on social media channels. No free print issues will be issued.

Legal

Redistribution of Zazaa! Zoryn! or Zwish Magazines and copies thereof

(digital and/or print) is strictly prohibited.

Revisions for submission error (credits, replacement of images) incurs a fee of R850.00.

The Z Creative reserves the right to refuse revisions. Revisions will not be made 30-days after a publication has been released. No printed editions will be retracted.
